It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I write to you today. After 15 years of operating the publishing division of Simply Clear Marketing, formerly the Tolosa Press, also known as the Bay News, Coast News and Avila Beach News, we are officially saying goodbye to our newspaper readers. As of January 1st, 2019 we will no longer be publishing a newspaper, online news website or any form of community news in the context of, or in reference to, the Bay News, Coast News or Avila Beach News. The decision to shut down our beloved publishing division comes after much thought and consideration and is merely a consequence of the changing marketplace and success of our other two divisions.
Simply Clear Marketing remains committed to connecting, educating and supporting local businesses through our digital marketing services, home and health expos as well as our remaining print product, Living Lavishly magazine. Questions, concerns and comments can be submitted to bret@simplyclearmarketing.com and will be addressed one by one over the next few weeks.
Thank you to all who have contributed to our newspapers over the years and to all who have believed in and supported us over the years. We truly thank you and will miss being a part of your lives. We sincerely look forward to crossing paths again with each and everyone of you!
